It was a developer using the Visual Studio code editor to create a template; he creates widgets and a wireframe of locations into which the widgets can be dropped. Once created, a non-technical user can pick and choose from the list of widgets, and drop them where they want on the page. Wabashable September 12, 2010 at 4:05 am This demo is just ridiculous. There is not “template builder here”, it’s just a visual studio code editor with drag and dropping basic components. Can the non technical users create or modify templates ??? No, for sure.
