Maybe being a developer in US is a good thing because here I am doing both the development and the templates and the graphics and the installation and I am writting in both Java and Python in the same day. I am the one that desides what hardware we need and how to install various software(If it possible) and what tech should be used. Provide the company with new ideas of services that I alone have to implement. With the fantastic wage of 1200 per month.

But now the Google Video link gets forwarded to youtube AND the sync problem remains.

This plays in sync on Google Video (videoplay?docid=-70449010942275062). The Google Video version also has captions, but they’re out of sync. Oh well, you get what you pay for.

Google – you own youtube now … you think you can sync the audio on your own videos? Sheesh.
