Mark has significant experience in the virtual-agent industry. He holds an M.B.A. in management science from San Diego State University, and a B.A. in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Mark is also the author of Marketing in the Time of Cholera: 6.5 Fundamentals for Thriving in a Toxic Economy.
Owen Frivold is a trilingual project manager for VirtuOz. He has helped several of the company’s ecommerce clients integrate virtual agents.
